Professor John delivers keynotes at company-wide and client events, international conferences of senior leaders, and webinars. Talks are typically 60 minutes long, followed by a Q&A. Recent topics include: “Behavioral Economics: The Science of Influence,” “The Privacy Paradox,” “The Science of Questioning,” and “Getting Healthy: A Behavioral Perspective.”
She also works with profit and non-profit organizations to design customized training programs in the areas of negotiation, advertising, behavior change, decision-making, leadership and organizational behavior. Programs range in length from a half day to one week, for clients such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Mars Incorporated, PepsiCo, WeightWatchers International, Capital Group, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
